No. Mister Manny's Place seeks franchisees with a business management background and people skills. Mister Manny prepares all the seafood & other items for the franchisee at its commissary to be distributed to franchisee. However, restaurant experience may be helpful. 

 

The estimated initial investment for a full-sized restaurant is $241,230/$275,870. For a mini restaurant, the estimated initial investment is $184,780/$213,770. The current franchise fee for either size is $20,000.

5. Private Labeling

•Mister Manny's offers private labeling to the franchisee of our famous crab cakes and shrimp puffs. Other food items are also could be private label if it is requested from the franchisee.

 

Mister Manny's Place will assist you in site selection, to help simplify the search process. We will work with you to find the location that is right for you. 

 

Royalty fees are paid monthly at a rate of 4% of the monthly gross sales.

 

National advertising fees are paid monthly at a rate of 1% of the monthly gross sales. Expanded sales revenue could merit a lower national advertising fee. A minimum of $250 must be spent monthly on local advertising in accordance with our standards and specifications. These funds are used for advertising and marketing programs in order to create sales materials, print and radio advertisements and for other promotions.

 

Mister Manny's Place provides ongoing support in all aspects of the daily operation. This includes the development of business strategies for each location, business coaching, training, quality control and other services as needed to maximize sales and profits.

 

The initial franchise agreement is for ten (10) years with options for two (2) successive, five (5) year renewal periods.

• Option 1: Mister Manny's Place will do all the construction, design and equipment ordering and will deliver the restaurant complete to you.

• Option 2: Mister Manny's Place will provide you with our restaurant design and layout specifications. We've developed relationships with architects and contractors who are experienced in our concept and able to assist you in the build-out of your restaurant.

 

Mister Manny's Place will review all the necessary fees and financing. A lender will also be introduced to help streamline your loan application if needed.
